A $50 deposit is required to book appointments, and will go towards the cost of your scheduled service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations With 24 Hours Notice
At Mashari Skin Studio, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary.
In the event, that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online by selecting the "change/cancel" appointment link via your booking confirmation email or reach out via email/SMS.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
The $50 deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
LATE POLICY
At Mashari Skin Studio, your time is valuable and we want to make the most of it.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives you plenty of time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving past your scheduled start time will result in a shortened treatment. Please note that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.
If you're running 5-10 minutes late, we kindly ask that you notify us via email/SMS.
Those arriving 10+ minutes late to your appointment will lead to a reschedule.
